What Is the PWCL?
The Personal Watercraft Licence (PWCL) is the Queensland licence required to legally operate a jet ski or any other personal watercraft (PWC). It is separate from the RMDL Boat Licence and must be held in addition to it — you cannot hold a PWCL without first holding a current Boat Licence (RMDL).
If you don’t yet have a Boat Licence, our Combo course (RMDL + PWCL) is the most efficient and best-value path to riding legally.

- Online theory (OLS) covering PWC-specific rules, zones, and safety — complete before your practical day
